If your progress with a girl feels like pushing a rock up hill stop. Be it a new chick or a LTR, it makes no difference. Just stop.
Most likely, the reason why this is happening is YOU. Accept it.
She doesn’t give you high IOIs, flakes, acts like a cvnt or throws mixed signals? That’s because you’re not doing enough and you lack congruency.

If you feel you have to make an effort to keep things flowing, stop it, drop her and move on. The fault is with you. You chose her. Assume responsibility for your actions. Learn from it and try not to make the same mistakes again.
Of course, at some point, you will make some mistakes again, but that’s ok, you’re only human. However, if you are able to catch yourself while making them and stop yourself, then you’re way ahead of others.

Save yourself the most precious asset you have: your time. Be mindful who you choose to spend your time with, it’s the only thing you can’t get back. The time you spend reading this is time you’ll never get back. Make the best of it.

And the most important thing, work harder on yourself and make yourself proud next time.

Yep. Trying to force it with a low to moderate IL girl doesn't work.

It's high IL or forget it.

For most guys on this forum, if they STOP that means that they have 0% chance of ever getting laid. They have to pursue the girls who treat them like isht cause if they don't they won't have a chance ever.

I was pursuing this one Armenian girl last year. She was a complete manipulator. In fact one time I spent $1000 dollars on her during a trip to the mall. We never had sex and she only talked to me whenever she felt like it. She had me wrapped around her little finger, and you know what? I took it. Cause if I didn't I probably would have been cutting myself in my room cause I had no contact with any human beings. I was willing to let myself get taken advantage of in order to have the chance to be around a female.
