Long story short (hate typing on my phone!)
1. Went out last night for work drinks.
2. Was chatting to a girl from work. Then, bumped into an old FWB, got talking, ended up leaving early and taking her back to the hotel.
3. Woke up this morning to a message from the girl from work "hey, where did you go last night?"

I assume this is simple curiosity on her part, haven't replied yet. She is in a LTR, but is kinda cute, and her having a high IL would be beneficial (there are plenty of hot girls at work who would probably notice).
