I watched Chuck Liddell work out today.

And he is a big and very intimidating dude. When he came into the gym some one asked me to ask him if he'd paid to use the facilities to which I quickly replied "Are you out of your f*cking mind." in a very calm manner. He didn't do any weights, just cardio and speed drills with his trainer. I sh*t you not, when he kicked the pads, it sounded like thunder from across the room.

I guess you're not suppose to do vigorus exercises like punching and stuf in the gym but I wasn't going to tell him that. On of my co workers told me the assistant spa manager said he'd make him stop. I asked him if our manager was interested in eating from a tube for the next few weeks. Needless to say the spa manager did not back up his words.

It's just the gym in a casino so it's not like we lost bank cause he didn't pay. I don't think anybody is going to try to strong arm him into anything. He actually seemed pretty friendly and down to earth, he even let some random dude pose with him for a pic.

I think tito is in the hotel as well so maybe he'll show up for a bit today.

That's generally the way of the warrior so to speak, they don't have anything to prove outside their trade so they don't go being a **** outside the ring.
