Im not into the whole social media selling bull**** $20 online cookie cutter programs, I prefer to work with people year round that I can form a client/trainer relationship with so I have a cap on how many guys I can work with.
I’ve benched well over 400, squatted 500, deadlifted 600 and carry a size of combination of size and aesthetics...I walk the walk. You don’t get to my level without knowing some ****. Below are my pics.
