I got a gym membership yesterday and did some basic stuff but I want your help in creating a solid workout plan. I'm really skinny and I know i will never get that huge gorilla look but I just don't want to look malnourished.
I'm 6'1" and 160lb. My max bench is 115lb and I can only squat 140lb.
Yes I know that's terrible even for someone just starting out. I don't really have a goal; I'd really just like to get stronger. Can you guys give me a workout plan or something? Hopefully in 2 yrs or so I won't look like someone from ethiopia.
