i gave up but want to try one last time with her

i have read too many threads and i concluded that when u **** up with a women u just next her ,or when she plays games u directly next her.but i think that these girls are the challenge to me-not to be an AFC-but to turn things up to my advantage.if all the girls that will play games with me i should next them then it remains the easy to get girls that without any skill u can get them.

So from the end.there is this girl in my college that we used to like each other,i will call her nancy,she had a bf in that time which she didnt love,we planned to go out together 3 times in fact she asked me for my number back then but we failed to go out even once because she was confused.she confessed to my best friend that she likes me a lot,but i think that this didnt help me out.

i gangied her since then,it has been 3 months since the last time i talked to her,i see her every day but i ignored her like she never existed,i talk to her friends in front of her and we laugh i dont even glance at her ....

but now i feel that i would like to get her this time for real.idont care if she has a bf-btw i used to care back then-i want her.
2 months ago she was so upset because i went out with a classmate of her for about 3 weeks-that girl had to change college which is so far so we didnt see each other again since then-but nancy was so jaleous of her and since then when she passes by me she give that look that she hates me,and every time she sees me standing with her friends she leaves them and go tothe outside.


the problem is that it has been 3 months since we talked for the last time before i gangied her,so it is a long time,i dont know how to initiate things with her again,it is wierd.i cant just come amnd talk to her like nothing is going on.

so plz help me with my plan to initiate things one more time.i will appreaciate your help guys.

i know that she must contact me first but i went out with a classmate of her and that bothered her too much.she is a shy girl,and i gangied her without a good reason because i didnt know what to do then(she had a bf) and i was in a hurry to go out with her.

but now i feel like i have the feeling that i was a little wrong and that i should have given her sometime to know what to do,but what i have done is that i nexted her pretty quickly.maybe things would have turned my may if i was a little patient back then.
