Has anyone listen to trance CDs/tapes? I recently tried Hypnotica's Sphinx of Imagination which was odd, I should give it another go.

What about stuff to help improve aspects of your life, be in motivation, confidence or a myriad of others.

I have only been listening to these for three nights, I get in bed before I am going to sleep, put the headphones on and listen, I do feel more relaxed in general but it could just be a placebo effect, I would imagine only listening to them once is not going to have much change.

Have you tried anything? What were your impressions? Is there anything you would recommend?

It was interesting to listen to but it's scope ie very big, and I was not sure what was actually going on or if it was trying to improve anything because it seems to go an indirect route. Of course what also happens is you zone out so you stop listening to it (at least directly) so I probably missed over half of it.
