Hypnosis Cd's recommodations?

Im always on the look out to improve my confidence and self esteem and that is why I am now turning to Hypnosis.

I was browsing through amazon's large list of hypnosis cd's but I dont know exactly what one I should get.

Has anyone ever bought one of these cd's via amazon(.co.uk) and, if so, what were your experiences?

Heres some things I wish to improve upon:

- Self Esteem/Confidence/Self-Love
- Getting over fear of rejection
- Motivation
- Being calm in every situation

Is there any one CD that covers all the above, which you have which can be obtained on amazon?

Supposedly so man - is that u double? Why the name change?

Im interested in checking this stuff out but if it doesnt work it doesnt work.

I currently use a secret relaxation hypnosis program...to dramatically reduce my social anxiety... on my computer.
It works very well.

If your really thinking about hypnosis.....I wouldnt get a program online.....I would find a respectable certified one in your area.
