How to threaten a person the dj way

So I am trying to DJ some girls at work. Yeah I know but my job sucks so I don't care. By the way our manager is a fruit who only has the balls to yell at woman and younger kids. So my problem is there is this 51 year old guy who likes to mouth off to people in front of others to make him feel better about himself. So he tried that with me and I put an end to it. How I handled it was to basicly threaten him and it really worked. He has kissed my axx for several months now. But whenever there is a hot woman around us he has to cut whoever is talking to the woman down in hopes that she will say Dam your 51 have a dead end job and live at home with your mom I want you. So my question is when I am trying to talk to this woman and he starts his games what should I do or say. I am sure threatening him in front of her is not the way to go. Ignoring him has no effect whatsoever he just keeps going at it.

I can bust him down. The problem was I didn't want to look like a axx around this chick I want to dj.

Don't threaten people. You can intimidate someone in many ways without EVER risking violence, or getting arrested. Read the 48 laws of power... you might learn a trick or two.

(Try to not learn all 48 things, cause you will not be a very nice person anymore)

Thanks I will read that. By threating I meant to threaten to turn him in to managment. I will not ever let my temper get the best of me. But thanks

What you are wanting to do, if you are higher up the chain of command where you work, is to come up with a scheme that, without SAYING it, you demonstrate that he is somehow incompetent, or undeserving of his job.

If you SAY something there is doubt, but if you SHOW someone whats going on then the proof is undeniable.
