Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

well ive been lifting consistently for a while and it feels great. but my teacher keeps telling me that if i keep lifting heavy im going to get a hernia. but i i see people like ronnie coleman and jesse marunde deadlifting or squatting hundreds of pounds yet they only get bigger and stronger and havent had a hernia. so i wanted to know how to prevent it and keep lifting heavier and heavier

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

do routine ab work. for all the worries about hernias, few lifters get them, those with good form & technique almost never get them, and even if you get one, it's treatable.

I'm under the impression they fix hernias with some sort of netting that they sew into the membranes or something down there to prevent more rippage. How strong is the treatment? I've already gotten hernias on my right and left sides, both were congenital but really showed up about a year and a half ago...

If they're inguinal they can open you up and net those canals closed in an hour outpatient surgery, no problem. I had it done a year ago and the netting is in strong and long. I occasionally get some pain around the site but I'm not sure why - the scar tissue that builds around it should hold it in place for the rest of my life. The recovery is a b¡tch though... it's really hard to figure out what's gonna hurt because the pain-causing motions seem so random.

Just pop your pills and you're fine
