You guys are awesome. This information was very useful and I am going to spend time thinking about WHY I do it.

I think it is due to frustration and not being fully happy.

I have great activities in my life like working out, but perhaps I could have more, especially in the evenings so I don't sit around and be bored.

Also what someone said about how it's affected and liberated them to become free, that's powerful and I now understand more why this is a MUST for me.

I need to get more serious about this and step up.
