You can't flip the script by "ignoring her." Without too much background information, this is what I suggest:
Wait two full weeks since your last conversation, shoot her a text and ask her when she is free to meet up for a drink. If she doesn't give you her availability, or dodges your question, delete her number. Move on and date other women. If she contacts you within those two weeks, respond with the same question - "hey, let's catch up... when r u free to grab a drink?" If she won't answer your question, ghost again until she hits you up. She will either not contact you again or will have a better answer for you next time.
Be direct with your intent. That's your only hope. It sounds like it's done though, so don't put too much emotional investment into this.
