How to deal with burnouts ?

Sometimes when youre going out and approaching a lot of women , you will have burnouts. But if you continue to push through those burnouts , your brain will eventually adapt to them.

Sometimes burnout is your brain’s way of recharging. There will be times when you will have to work 16 hours-20 hours a day and do just 4 hours of sleep. But if you keep pushing your body and mind through it , you will reach a state of surrender , where you know you have no choice. When you reach that stage, your body stops resisting it.



When you study Eckhart Toole or read a lot of eastern philosophies , they talk about inner strength. When you’re approaching women again and again, you will face a lot of rejections. But if you keep pushing through that, you will reach that state of surrender , where rejections don’t matter anymore. That’s when you reach the next level.
