how to approach on a college campus?

I tend to hang out on my campus a lot during the day. My school is pretty big so i see endless amounts of tail walking around as im hanging out. My biggest dilemma in this scenario is that i am unsure of HOW to approach these girls. I mean i can go up and strike a conversation by simply saying 'hey' but is that really natural enough if i dont know them? Wouldnt that come off as a little creepy? I feel like there should be some purpose other than banging her that im coming up to meet her for. What are some ways to mask these intentions and not come off as creepy in cold approaches?

Walk right up to them and say "Hi my name is _____ whats yours" The more you get into the groove of approaching the more easier it becomes. Eventually things become natural and you begin to develop your own style. Whats the worse that can happen? Her saying no? Try chaning the "Its going yo be creepy" mindset into "Im going to have a hell of a story after this". Have fun with it and dont put pressure on the situation. In groups of 2 or more I simply grab a chair pull it up (the look on there faces is priceless) sit down and say something along the lines of "Hey my name is ______ & I want to meet some new faces whats your names?" Like I said eventually you'll get to a point where everything just seems to come natural. You'll do and say stuff that will surprise you.

I use to approach almost every day in college....some success, most failures....just go up and say hey i'm blah bah...college is good because you can pull insta dates to campus bars open for happy hour in he day time...college is freakin awesome..those were the days....live it up man..you are lucky!!!
