I was reading this, and it got me interested:

It seems that the way this society is heading, any sexual act without "informed consent" will be deemed as sexual assault, and so it seems that somehow there needs to be some type of "safe harbor" when escalating with a woman. I suppose that a signed contract authorizing consent would be the gold standard, but that would seem to take the fun out of it.
Maybe, it would just be easier to pay for it.
