How many dates and weeks before you get them?

I'm in college and it seems like there are so many things to do that people are always busy.

Some of my friends who get girls say they have to hang out with them for 3-4 weeks (maybe twice a week).

Is that normal? Others tell me that its WAY too much time.

Man, going out with the same girl over and over and over again, just makes things boring and lessens your chances of finding a quality woman, because your spending all this time with the same girl, you wont find out if theres a better one out there.

But fine..lets say I go out with 10 women. You're saying the one that lets me do her first is the quality woman???

Some go out with different girls but it still takes just as much time.
