"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

How does a guy avoid the grizzled look and seem less intimidating or aggressive so that people feel comfortable around them? It seems like a good thing not just romance but for jobs too, especially if your job involves cooperation or caring for others.

I figure shaving, but in a way that it doesn't leave your skin tough or anything, as well as maybe more light or colourful clothing, being well groomed and bathed and maybe manicured or something?

I'd honestly like to be mistaken for younger if possible, sure looking mature gets girls but often the kind who just want to swoon after manly features, I prefer avoiding that so that I would have to get personality instead.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

By "smile" in a generic context (as opposed to when laughing at a joke, etc), I think that a slight "happy look" is in order-this makes you appear to be a much more approachable figure. Grinning manically, while being ok when watching a funny movie or getting hammered and having a laugh with a few mates, is not so good when walking through town. Just think positive, and maybe remember a few of your favourite comedians sketches-this will subconsciously make you smile a little, without it looking forced or insane.

Open body language, smiling, no crossing arms or looking down. Its all about confidence. Sometimes you can't expect to be approached. If you do it people will see that you are a confident social person and will want to engage you.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

What kind of people do you approach? My guess would be people that take an interest in you. If you take an interest in others, they will involuntary do the same for you. Smile, be positive and bring something to the table in friendships. People don't want to befriend people who don't bring anything to the table for them. It's natural for people to worry about what's in it for them. So show them there is something in it for them.

Just have fun. If you're genuinely having a good time interacting w/ people and enjoying yourself you'll radiate positive vibes, and women pick up on that stuff.

Quit focussing on trying to pick up chics, etc...just go out, have fun!
