It's called the apollo's belt. I've looked it up and oblique exercises don't target it. Help!

Yep, low body fat and ab work gets you the V. Keep working to put some mass on your body and then go into cut mode to drop that body fat.

Well thats a BIG part of it but you still need to do ab workout, and also squats helped me with the shape.
