First , Be AROUND women and have women in your social circle. Buddies wives, your sister's school friends and female colleagues all want to hook their friends up with the successful single guy. Be comfortable around attractive women so you don't get starstruck when you meet a attractive, smart, funny woman. When other women see you socializing in public with women, it gives you some social proof and it is that much easier to meet new women.
I always found it was easier to have women in different outlying towns and maybe alternate weekends with distant women rather than trying to fish in the same pool. One girl might like to raft, another might like to bike, So you go do these basically free dates and then stay at her place. You get the fun experiences with company and morning canoodle. Because of their distant nature you might only see them once every month. Less chance of getting defacto boyfriend status.
Bar and club girls are ONS material. Friends of friends can be on the relationship track.
