Meeting girls from other schools has been my specialty lately.
The way I did it was through sports, really. ( In my case, Fencing )In any sport, you compete against other high schools. So, in any sort of competition, girls from other schools will be there.
I went to these "warm-up training" sessions before this years Fencing season, and I met a couple of girls from 2 different schools there.

Bro, sports is a good one...never thought about that, although have used that to my advantage in the past. With the big hockey rivalries around town, after a game, especially if you are a player, it's easy to approach a group of girls, considering you normally know guys from the other, surrounding schools. If this doesn't work for you, go downtown (or your version of downtown), go with a friend with an equal amount of game, approach just anyone you'd like to, be confident, start talking, and then pick up their number for a later reference. Also, go to parties...wow, go to parties. You will meet so many people from many different schools, not hard to pick up some numbers there. Good luck bro, happy huntin'!
