I hardly text her only to set up dates.. she sent me a pointless text message about someone house burning down.. I don't even like the person nor would I care... I've told her in the past I don't like being hassled with text messages.. she just said what I said lol

If you don't want her texting you then NEVER respond to a text. If she texts... you CALL her back. If she like you, she will get the message, if not, then just walk away. Find a chick that is more cooperative.
