i thought, well, let's give it a try...
i was for several months exercising my PC muscle...
i was wacking, and doing 2 things: holding my pc everytime i would start coming + "speeding" (same thing when u want to speed ur pee)... i would "speed" when i was far from coming and hold when i was almost there..
dudes, i didn't come and had one... and **** yeah, my d*ck didn't get soft after, i could keep wacking off... since it was my first try, i did ejaculated about 10% of everthing i think, but it was freaking whiter them normal ***... i will try more times, and hopefully with my girl...
