Anyone tried that stuff? I've tried using it when training in season (track sprinting), when I need to recover quicker - which is what HMB is supposed to help with (and reduce muscle damage).

There are a lot of lab tests of HMB available on the net...problem is, a lot of them are done by the patent owner *grin*...you gonna believe him?

I'm quite suspicious of it...tried a product called Beta-Gain...I hgave my doubts whether it works...

Anyone have firsthand experience with this stuff?

Yeah.

It's good for dieting. Helps you keep the muscle while loosing the fat.
