How much does it cost to place logo of your business onto a sign like this?

I believe the business would have to be limited to food, gas, and hotels for motorists. A good clue would be that you usually only see national chains on the signs. Could well be pricey, then again they might do it to service motorists for free, putting the most popular brands on the signage first.
Food and gas outlets tend to be clustered in some areas, depending on location, so that would also limit signage space. Contact your local state highway department for info. if the business services a motorists needs.

In FAQ it says price is based on annual average traffic through that exit. But I'm trying to find out how much approximately it would cost, like a 1000, 10000, hundred thousand. I'm just curious, I have no real need for the price info.

Logo signs cost $850 per direction; so to advertise on both sides of an interstate (east and west, for example) would cost $1700 per year, plus the manufacturing cost of the sign. Your business supplies the logo artwork.
