You can start by posting some pictures of yourself so we know you've actually lifted a weight at some point in your life, instead of repeating sh!t you read on bb.com in order to farm your postcount. Until you actually have the balls to post a photo, you'll never have credibility.

oh and

i can give u a picture of a friend and lie about the training journal

you can avoid all that by making taking a photo and holding up a piece of paper that says RawBLooD or writting it on your knuckles like I did in my signature pic, then people will know it's you.
