"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Ok, here's the deal.

First of all, I was really good friends with this girl for about 2 years, and we became really good friends, almost best friends. I thought there was something romantic in it, everyone around us did, so about 6 months ago, i asked her out on a date, to which she said yes to.

Then for the next 6 weeks she just blankly ignored me, and when i tried to talk to her, she just blanked me, and didnt reply when i phoned/texted her. I then asked her what her problem was, and she snapped at me that maybe it was better if we stayed friends, to which i said 'sure' to.

Anyway for the last 3 months since then, I've seen her practically every day around college, and everytime i walk past her, she just ignores me, and then when i do say hi, she just mumbles and then walks off. Me and one of her/and my female friends will be talking, and she'll come up to our friend mid-way through out conversation, talk to her for a while whilst totally ignoring me, then walk off.

Anyway, here's the problem. Our mutual friend was talking to her the other day, and asked her what the problem was between us. She replied "dunno, there is no problem" to which our friend replied 'there obviously is" cos u just ignore him. the girl in question told our mutual friend, that she felt i had "pressured her" to go out with me, and that she still wanted to be friends with me, just felt awkward around me and didn't know what to say. Our friend said to her "so if he spoke to you, would you speak back", she said "yes".

So the next day, I'm at college, and I see her in the corridor, and I say "Hi", she just grunted "Hello" and walked off. Our mutual friend says that I should try and talk to her, but i dunno, is it worth the hassle, shouldnt i just walk away?

I dunno, its just all awkward..........

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Why do you want to be friends with someone who treats you like this? Don't act like a desperate little boy and just forget her, she's disrespecting you big time.

Do this for a fun little experiment. The next time you walk by here, instead of doing the "hi", just give her the middle finger. And don't smile. Just has a expressionless look on your face. Make sure you laugh about it after, cause what you did should be hillarious.

You know, after reading the posts, flipping her the bird would be the perfect thing to do. It will probably make you feel better too.......

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Well you were in the LJBF zone and you never got out of that zone. Forget about her and go date other women thats really the only solution.

mrtigman,

Welcome to the board. Read the DJ Bible if you haven`t already and enrol yourself in Boot Camp at the earliest opportunity. Now that I`m made my site plug for Sosuave...on to your situation.

Here`s what I think. You say that you were really good friends with this chica and then you asked her out on a date.

I think that there was something romantic in the whole thing too because the girl said yes to the date. Otherwise, she would`ve refused the date and said something like, "Let`s just remain friends".

I could be totally wrong here but I think the chica was looking for this to take a romantic turn and she gave you a shot. You dropped the ball and now the chica blames you rightly or wrongly, as she also had to carry the ball for her part too, and now it seems by your account that she has little or no respect for you.

Don`t sweat it. Everyone gets a taste of striking out and the only thing is to learn from it and move on. If that`s what you decide then cut-off all contact with this girl and start gaming others immediately.

Unless of course, you want to have some fun. Read this if you haven`t already: GANJI GAMES

Keep us posted.

Cheers,
Mav

YOu can also do one thing to her , ignore her for one week and start doing the exact opposite of what she is doing it to you.
while she is talking to her friends go and talk to her friends not to her, while she is talking to friends , call her freinds cell and talk to the other girl , this wil make the girl go crazy.

So to forget about her is the best policy in this case, what if i keep seeing her at college though? She said hi to me on MSN last night, and we talked for a while, but i dunno, im still confused!!!!

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
