“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Can I get some feedback and critique please.

Just started doing squats.

I'm only doing 2 reps, because I'd already completed my sets for the squats. Doing 50kg, I can easily do more weight, but don't want to add weight if I'm not squatting correctly.

Thanks

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Thanks for replying.

I find it difficult to balance the bar any lower, but I'll have a go from now on, just keep at it until I get it I guess.

It looks like your twisting ever so slightly when you approach parallel which means one side of your abs is compensating for the other. Some hard ab work can help you with this.

And always remember to keep your weight firmly on your heels when squatting, don't let your weight shift to your toes or to the inside of your feet.
