“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

how much mass do i need to gain to go from average to fairly built. Im woried of gaining to much because it will have a bad influence on my cycling. The guy on skinnyguy.net gained 32lb whilst that is far far more then i am willing to gain, i can drop fat at the same time and my legs already got plenty of muscle on from cycling so i dont need to work on them, my biscepts are not far from what i want them to be, mainly chest and abbs that needs the most work i will drop a few lb's of fat or so and hope not to gain more then 8lb's net do you think this will be enough to get bigger, right now i am 5 foot 9 and weigh 160lb's with 13% body fat

It all depends on your definition of "average" and "well built." In reality, all you can really do is work your ass off until you're satisfied with your results. However, I would say that given your stats, 20lbs (MUSCLE) would be a good starting goal. Something you could probably accomplish in a few months too.

20lb's is too much ill be like, well real slow on my bike!

i was looking at http://www.skinnyguy.net/

it hsows the guy at 135lb's then at 167 lb's and then at 170lb's and he is my height. The wya he looks as 170 is more then i want, i want to be like him at 167 so i figure if i drop to the same low bf% as he did which is 6.8% (meaning i have some work to do) then i will only end up being 7 lb's or so heavier then now which is not going to be the end of the world for me!

If you drop your bf% down to match his you're gonna need more than 7lbs of muscle to look like he does because you're gonna end up under 160lbs after cutting, not to mention you WILL lose some muscle mass. You have two options. 1. Cut down and then bulk as clean as possible OR 2. Bulk hard (like I said, about 20lbs) and then cut down. #2 would be ideal I think.
