Help me with sex please.........

my situation is.....im in high school and until recently I didnt have much success with the ladies.. but thanks to this site and alot of work on my part ive actually been attracting alot of very good looking ladies and recently had sex for the first time a few weeks ago....it only lasted like five minutes but i didnt really care because I wasnt to crazy about the girl.......but just last night I had sex with girl who ive been interested for a while and I like quite a bit ...again I didnt last to long(5 minutes around) and didnt make her orgasm.........anyways the point of me telling you all this is id really like to make this girl enjoy sex next time we have it(in a few days fersure) and just be able to have good sex with anybody in the future
so I was wondering what are some ways for me to build up endurance and just get better at sex in general(I masterbated twice before getting with the girl thinking i would last forever)am I gonna get over these quick ejaculations with more expirience(next time will be my third)???I just would feel alot better if the girls I got with enjoyed the sex as much as I do

Both of those were the first time with new girls. 90% of the time, I have never lasted on the first time with a new girl (only exceptions were when I was drunk hard and not all that attracted to her and only barely manged to get my dkk hard). Best way to last longer is to keep doing the same girl for a while. (Well, maybe not the BEST way, but it's the only way i know.)

concentrate on ur breathing and there are excersises you can do on your PC muscle to help you last longer...

also remember that u can go down on a girl and make her orgasm, i know a bunch of girls that cant orgasm from vaginal penetration... i find that a lot with girls that are inexperienced..

just take it easy and just enjoy yourself...
