Is it just me or do you find much more motivation when you keep your goals to yourself?

I guess if you write your goals down on a private journal it can help. AI has stepped up that game with me. Each chat I generate on an AI can become an interactive goal. So, lets say for example, I create a chat called "Buying emergency food items", then that chat becomes an interactive goal in itself. It has a title in the margin that reminds me that it's a goal. If a goal is fulfilled, I edit the chat and put "fulfilled". If it needs to pause for a later date due to circumstances, I'll edit it and put "pause" infront of the chat. Sometimes, each chat-goal has it's own system (ie I may ask it to organize the time of the day to see if realistically the goal of the chat can take place with in the day). That type of structure keeps me organized and on point.

Chat Gpt can be a great tool, but lean on your spiritual foundation and faith as well and use that to enhance whatever technology you’re using at the current moment. Ask chatgpt more ways on how you can destress and enhance your relationship with your parents.
