The woman is either mentally disturbed or just a liar. She says she feels her doctor sexually assaulted her, but wouldn't change doctors after the "assault" because it would be inconvenient.

I wonder if he can sue for legal fees after this is all over, or he just automatically gets reimbursed.

from my knowledge i was told you can never sue for legal fee's. It's just something that you lose when you go to court. I'm assuming you mean lawyer fee's, right?.
