Anyone else experience this? I have a friend and I notice whenever he finds a girl attractive, or wants them to like him, he acts sort of goofy and tries to tease but it doesn't work. Like, I can be pretty stupid/weird/goofy sometimes but that's with everyone that I'm comfortable with.

Here's just two examples:

We were meeting up my friends girl and he just started acting weird... It's like he was trying, out of the norm, to be funny or to get her attention.

Also, we were at a friends house and this girl wanted him over. Once we went over, he just started acting really out of the norm. He tried to be by her side and converse with her but it didn't work... One time she moved seats away from him, from the kitchen to the living room, and he makes a comment about how "she doesn't want to be near him" and he kind of drifts off. I looked at her face when he said that and she had a "WTF?" look to her friend.

Now that I think about it, he never really left her side. He went inside the room that she was at, left to go smoke with her, came back in and sat at the kitchen table with her, and even moved to the living room with her after his comment.

Does he have no game or is it something else?

Who cares do you
Of course not. Me making this post shows how much I don't care.

No, but really he's been a friend of mine for a while and he asks me for advice on women sometimes. I've never actually seen him in action so I'm not sure where he is at.

If you're his friend and he actually asks for your advice, tell him to stop asap. Explain to him why it's not working and why it makes him look bad.

If he's going to practice he needs to man up and not do it to a friend's girlfriend.

He has an excuse to be around her and is trying to attract her. He needs the confidence to hook his own fish.

This thread is stupid as hell dude. Lmao. And you know it.

"Does he have no game or is it something else?"

Come on bro, you know as well as I your pal just doesn't have any game. There isn't anything to analyze here.
If you want to help him you can try and introduce the red pill to him but be wary, outta everyone I've ever tried to shoa only one was actually receptive.

You can lead a horse to water...

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

One of my roommates in college was like this. He was a major AFC. Women all thought he was super cool (and he was fairly cool) because he was incredibly funny, very outgoing in social situations, and athletic. But he would also act different — not as suave as his natural personality — when trying to impress girls. He got kind of goofy as you describe. And he never got with any women, as far as I remember.

Yeah, he's a pretty social dude and I thought he was more capable than this I guess. I know he struggled with women but It never really occurred to me that he was this far behind.

He is willing to learn so I might have him approach some girls tonight since we are going out. I have recommended him Corey Wayne some time ago but I don't think he watches him so I'm definitely not going to throw him SS.

I'll do something. Thanks guys!

Oh yeah, here's an interesting thought. My other buddy is a complete AFC, but I would say his behavior stays the same when first attracting a girl. He stays himself. But when he finds out she's interested he changes himself and the girl doesn't like him after.

So I think he might have a confidence issue like Ruler said.

How does this guy change himself and what is it they don't like?

It could be worse. When I was a young man I used to act differently around attractive women also - I would totally freeze up, just completely clam up. That used to p!ss me off so much. Acting like a goof would have been a step up for me.

I used to freeze up like you said. But this guy is very social so it really came a surprise to me that he knew almost nothing. I fee like he only knows the basics, like when a girl is dropping heavy IOI's but that's ANY straight guy.

Doing nothing is still doing nothing no matter what way you do it. And about the goofy part, I feel like it's only around women that he doesn't know and doesn't think that they're interested. When he thinks they are, like the second scenario above, he just acts different. I don't want to say "orbiter" but he does kind of just hover around the girl.

People have many different mask they put on. I think a chinese proverb is people have 3 masks. one when they are with people, one when they are alone and errr forgot the other one lol.

What annoys me more in my personal experience is going out with one of my boys looking for women to game up and chat, and my boy rarely if ever initiates with women. I usually do my own talking, and if he sees me talking to a girl he will come out of nowhere and butt in the conversation. Never called him out on it, found out dude was jealous of me getting women cause I actually talked to them

Here's another horror story from my younger days. I used to hang out with a friend of mine, he never had the nerve to talk with girls, but he was bigger than I was, he was on the football team. I had the b@lls to go up and talk to the girls, so I would go up and open a conversation. Then it would turn out that both of them would want my buddy. Oh man, that used to p!ss me off.

Funny how sometimes I would freeze up, and sometimes I could approach with confidence. I used to go through phases.
