Guy gets life, evidence fit the bill

This guy is right handed, he is writing with his right hand. Victim was hit on the right side of her head. She must have been hit by a left handed suspect, IMO it is common sense.

But other evidence, the stuff the guy was going though with his wife, just fits the bill in the heads of 6 jurors that he is the murderer.

Check this out and tell me your opinions.

P.S. If you get life in prison, what happens to your stuff, like cars, houses, etc.

OMFG!!! Listen to this Gardner witness at about 8:00. Defense asks how the hell victim was with you if she was on camera in 3 different places across the state.

I can't get how they managed to get a life sentence conviction.

Handedness isn't always this black and white. Some people have one dominant hand, and then do certain other things with the other hand. That would be me. I am dominantly left handed (aka the lefty part). I do hundreds of things left handed (write with a pen, hold a phone, open bottles, pump gas, etc, etc, etc). But I throw a baseball and swing a baseball bat right handed. I play darts, hold a fork, and turn a screwdriver with either hand just as well.

I watching this trial to the end, I finished day 2 part 2. Our guy is not an afc, although he did get himself a madagascarian model, with high demands. He couldn't have gained anything by killing her, house, and kids were already in her possession.

You can't tell me that model didn't bang other men at her disposal, like Wilson (he is left handed), or some other guy. That Gardener's interview seems fishy, as he said he spend with her the day before, while defense has evidence that she was with her hubby the day before, in 3 different towns across Florida. I think he is innocent, I am watching this to try to figure out what got him a conviction.
