Well after a few hours of reading reviews and trying to find one that has a good reputation to it and isn't hyped up, I have come to some conclusions. Alot of people are paid to advertise products and give good reviews. I would like some suggestions from people who are not paid to advertise junk.

I currently take lipodrene, but have only been on for 3 weeks. Its a good appetite surpressor but not much of a thermogenic. I have been reading that hydroxycut hardcore is suppose to be a good thermogenic but again there is so much hype its hard to tell what is fact and what is advertising by paid people.

Just a side note on myself, I am currently going through a cutting phase and have been for 3 weeks so just trying to find a good fat burner.Any suggestions are appreciated.

Just drink lots of green tea (also great for your health) or take those green pill extracts with EGG (a compound in that plant that helps boost metabolism) before your cardio.

Other than that, I would not recommend anything more unless you already have 6 months of full dedication to a natural fat burn program and 95% dedication to your diet. Then you can know if you need that minimum 'extra boost' or not. With a good manegement of diet and excercise most wouldn't need it though.

I do drink alot of green tea, mostly the arizona Diet green tea with ginseng. Great tasting stuff <1 g of sugar. Didn't care for the taste of green tea but this brand of green tea has been really great addition to all the water I drink during the day.

I just use the green tea capsules.
