"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

So I hooked up with this girl randomly last week. She's been calling/texting every day and vice versa - we've hung out a lot but no more than just kissing after the first night.

A few days ago she was cold and casually mentioned she had a boyfriend to which kinda phased me but I just asked her straight up "do you want me to leave?" She said sure, I hugged her and left.

Got a text message the next day saying "sry had a headache blah, watcha doin?" We meet up and she wants to go to my parents house up north which is fine with me as all there is to do up there is watch tv. Parents neg it, we go to watch a movie and we make out afterward.

Today texted me saying she was going out of town which probably means something with her bf.

I'm not getting oneitis for this girl but I don't like the idea of being juggled - even though that's what I'm doing (have a date with another girl day after tommorow).

Anyone been in this situation?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Weird, because this sort of scenario just happened to me. I was dating a girl who showed tons of interest. I took her out one night for some partying and she received a phone call from another guy at 2:30am. She proceeds to invite him over, right as i am dropping her off. Talk about ripping my heart out...lol :)

She texted me for the next three days and i was cold with her. She called one more time and i acted as if nothing happened. Then, i never called her nor have I heard from her since. I miss talking to her, but i guess it just wasn't meant to be!

I really liked her a lot, and it hasn't been easy getting over her. I have never really been good at juggling girls, but having been recently burned, i feel it's very necessary to date as many girls as possible.
