"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Well, there is more to this story in my other threads so I'll keep this short.

I like this one girl who I am working with on scene with (acting class) in school.

I've dated models before, but my self-confidence recently is at an all-time low, so I keep second-guessing myself when I am around her.

Anyway, last monday we decided to get together and rehearse on Friday. I didn't know what my schedule was like, and based on previous advise on this forum (due to the entire situation), it was suggested that I let her make all the plans, have her call me, etc. So...I told her to call me Thursday and we'll make plans for the friday. She agreed she was free on Friday, and would call thursday.

So...she didn't call Thursday.

One thing I do know, is that she has some friends visiting her from Australia...so I know she was busy. But still...no phonecall to say anything.

She texted me a few minutes ago, told me she would not be in class on Monday, and wanted to know if we could rehearse next week (meaning this upcoming week). I am busy up until wednesday anyway, but I have 2 questions in terms of how i should respond...

1) do I text her back? If so, do I say?

2) when do I text her back?

3) it really doesn't bother me that she did not call me for the rehearsal...BUT...should I be playing it like it did? Mention that though I understand she has friends over, is not respectful to me to decide we are going to rehearse on Friday, then not hear anything.

Any advice is appreciated

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

sup man

this **** happens to the best of us.

first off, don't fall into that txt msg bull****. Don't text her back, be a man and call her.

2nd, I know you're pissed about being flaked, but best thing to do is to pretend it never happened. Don't get mad. If she bring it up just play it cool and said you hanged out with your friends, no biggie. If she flakes again, then it's not worth it.

First of all bro, I know how you feel. We've all been there; some of us are still there. You just have to realize that this girl is not any better than you. Picture her when she goes to the bathroom to take a dump, when she spends 20 minutes wiping off all the makeup she spent an hour earlier in the day caking on, so forth...if you are feeling down about yourself, do something about it. Improve yourself, get to the gym if you can, do better in your studies, strive to become the best actor or whatever you can be.

This is an ok way to gauge her interest, as if she had high interest she would have at least mentioned Friday when she texted you. She totally disrespected you bro...don't call her out on it though. All you are gonna do is come across as a needy whiny fool who got his feelings hurt...just be professional, now it comes down to your grade in class since you have an assignment to do with her. As hard as it sounds, keep your focus on the assignment, don't really flirt with her much, be polite but at the same time somewhat aloof..in other words, don't give a damn about her.

Don't text her back man, you can call her if you feel like it...or u can play the "text?? wut u talkin bout willis i didn't get any text.." game that girls like to play when they dont answer calls or messages...

cool...

yeah, that whole texting shyt is pi$$ing me off. Jesus, it takes me longer to write 1 line of text than it does to call and speak for 10 minutes on the phone.

I know I have improved myself somewhat over the past year or so. I keep reading my post in the DJ Bible and think, "jesus! I wrote that?"

I think I'm going to play like I didn't get the text...It'll put me back into control, and obviously get her to eventually call me to set up another day.

Thanks guys!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Control of being slave to the pussi? You have no control. Do you let guys lie to your face too?

i think you kinda misinterpreted me a lil bit....this girl isn't really interested in you, or if she is it isn't very high interest...like i said before, jus dont let her not calling get to you...act like you didn't even get the text and just be polite but don't go out of your way to have a conversation when you see her. If you have time to work on the assignment in class leave it in class, or if you must meet with her outside of class just focus on the assignment...waiting for this girl is pointless, and so is pursuing her...if u are aloof and don't care, she'll be wondering where that attention you were giving her is at now...don't be the attention h0's puppet, cut those strings

I agree with ruckus and mac, just cut her off and if shes intrested she will come to you.

Example- this has happened to me before with an AW who i had some intrest in. she flaked on me, i just played it cool like it didnt bother me except i didnt talk to her outside of work for a while. Eventually she cracked and called me practically begging for a date.

Sorry for the highjack, but im just showing you what cutting her off can do.

i think your mistake was to let her call you.

instead of you calling her up.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Simple. Call her on flaking. Let her know you're inviting her to tag along to another event (NOT a date), and if she's not there... then keep it movin'. And keep working on your own empire.

Hey mac,

no I didn't mis-interpret...

When i was refferring "control" I meant control of me. I tend to not back off, and pursue things...so me stepping back is a way for me to be control of me in the situation...make sense?

Normally I would 100% agree with the fact that I should have been the one calling HER.

The situation is a bit more in-depth than what I posted in this thread. In another thread (where I explained the situation in detail), it was suggested by a few people to make sure SHE was the one setting up things and meeting times/plans. It was based on what had transpired up to this point.

So...

I guess that brings up the question again, on whether I reply to her text (by calling her), to set up a time another this week, or wait until she calls.

well...

I called her.

Obviously it was to just set-up the next meeting...but...

I knew she was sick the moment she answered the phone. We talked for a couple of seconds, and then she explained the bad news...turns out that not only is she sick, but she has to move back to Australia in 7 days. I guess her visa has expired.

She said she would be back next semester (3 months), and wants to pick up where we left off. I really wasn't sure if I was going back next semester (didn't tell her that), so I invited her for a drink before she leaves. Actually she lost a bet to me like 6 months ago, so she technically owes me one :). She hesitated, I joked at the fact that she lost that bet to me anyway, and it was time to pay up...

But it was still a no-go.

Whether it was because she is sick, or because she wouldn't have time, or because of LOW IL, who knows...

To be honest I don't even care anymore.

I'll probably throw away her number

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

What? What fool told you say to "call me on Thursday"? Call her! My experience is limited, but I can tell you I've asked a lot of girls to call me, and it doesn't happen very often. Especially if they're interested. The man usually calls the woman?!

"what should I say"

Uh, why don't you just tell her when a good time to practice is? If it feels right (I said IF it feels right) crack some joke about why she didn't come on Friday. I probably shouldn't tell you what to say, since it should be an inside joke between the two of you, based on something you know about her. But you could say "ditching class on Friday to sit on the beach?" Or something along those lines.
