"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

hey guys its been a while since ive posted on here. i took a break cause i wasnt getting anywhere cause i just couldnt get myself to approach girls. over the summer ive lost 25 pounds and i am still working to lose more until i feel its time to bulk and what not. i feel and look a lot better.

however, college has started for me. i go to a local community college. ive had 1 day of classes so far,and i like it. a lot of different people and what not. also, a lot of niiice lookin girls. i think its time to get my ass in gear. i came to the realization that i really dont want to be alone the rest of my life and i think its about time i learn how to meet people and make new friends.

the first day was awkward for everyone. no one knew anyone else and very few people talked before the profesor came in. my main question is this: how can i make people feel less awkward and more comfortable around me and in the class setting in general? there were times where i felt i wanted to break the ice with some people, but i couldnt bring myself to do it for some reason! im not sure what was holding me back. what can i do to reduce anxiety and start talking to people?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

First off stop worrying about it when your in the class.

I am a people person so its easy for me to talk to strangers no matter how hot they are. Also I'm naturally funny. How does this help you? It doesn't but i just thought I shared that with ya ;)

Anyways, to the part that will, just relax and focus on whats being taught in the class. Get your money worth and education. 2nd, when there is a time to so called "break the ice" just be cool man, and say hey how you doin? or talk about w/e like "man this class kinda sucks?" or i'll just say out loud enough for a few people around me to hear whatever is on my mind about whats going on in the class or what the teacher said its usually funny and it will sometimes get people to open up. Also I'll just look over to the person next to me and say "Man i can't belive a pop quiz ain't that lame?" and then i just start from there. Those are just a few examples off the top of my head. Listin bro it ain't hard to "break the ice" just don't fret about doing it and just do it.

Remember its only awkward because you make it so.

I think any time is a good time, class or not. Lecture halls are pretty nice for talkin' to people, but because I am not sitting next to every hot chick in class, I usually just scope chicks out during this time and then make a note to myself to talk to them after class. In class, I recommend that you make a good impression on everyone and get yourself known by talking to people and participating in discussion, etc. It isn't a must, but helps. One thing you can do is make fun of the professor (accent, appearance, course content, etc), you can ask a girl for her notes to copy, or of course you can just say hi, what's up or something. Don't worry a lot about what you say, just say something to break the ice. I might also say a smartass remark or something funny, or even tease the girl right off the bat. The only thing is you have to be confident, relaxed, casual, and never be nervous. If you aren't there yet, don't worry, you'll get better.
