"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I don't know if this word is used for what I'm experiencing, so let me explain.
Couple of months ago I went on a trip with a girl, now whenever I see a plane, hear about the airport we took off or hear about the country, I associate these things with her.

Of course this is driving me mad and is not doing me any good. Simply stop thinking like this is not doable, else I wouldn't be here asking this question :).

Are there any tips, ways I can do to get rid of these associations?

I really need this as I'm currently studying for pilot, which means I'm constantly surrounded by planes which leads to her still constantly lodged into my mind.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

if you were working at a hairpin factory you would remember her hairpins and then be reminded of her. Its not the airplanes man. You just need to go and get some more pu$$y, bottom line.

Spin plates.

That used to happen to me too when I was younger 16-23. Back then I had laser focus on girls. If I met a girl I liked.. I focused all my attention on only HER and forget all other girls existed.

Its not a healthy way to date at all. You just stress yourself out and become too outcome dependent. Not saying this is exactly what is happening with you.. but I noticed I stopped making "associations" when I got my own life and started spinning plates.

No girl should take up the majority of your thoughts. Your mind should work like this:

1. Personal goals
2. Family
3. Work
4. Friends
5. Girls

At least until a girl proves she is worth being higher on the list (most never will).

Reframe like a machine.

Whenever you see a plane, verbalize: This plane represents my accomplishments as a man (and whatever else it means to you personally). Say it out loud contantly, every time you see or are around planes.

Ditto with the other reminders. Very soon you will find yoruself with new associations.
