“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have recently attended a boxing class and have discovered a hidden passion for the sport, I have a list of questions that i hope some people here could clear up. While answering these questions keep in mind that i am 15 y/o, if that changes anything im not sure but i thought i should mention it anyway.

1) I am currently doing a regular 3 day split and am wondering if this is all right, if not, what should my workout be that would best suit boxing? And out of interest, what kind of physique would i be looking at after this workout? I'm guessing, ripped but not huge?

2) I found this in a recent post:

Shadow boxing: (punching in the air)

3 min Jab
3 min Cross
3 min Uppercut

Rest 1 min

3 min hook
6 min various combos

Rest 1 min

9 min various combos

All the while, make sure you are practicing footwork to.

For the heavy bag workout do 5, 5 minute rounds, all out, combinations.

If you have never boxed before, take some lessons to learn how to punch right to avoid injury.

Now for the other stuff:

work your self up to 500 crunches a day, 100 pushups in 80 seconds, and 3 sets 60 reps doing pullovers, with a 35 lb dumbell. This will build your endurance, and get you cut, and fit. When working yourself up to this level, do it slowly, start with only 60 crunches a day, 40 pushups, and 3 sets of 30 with the pullovers.

And yeah, don't forget about running, and skipping rope.

This will hopefully get you started.

and before you start your workout, warm up!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough.
Should i do this instead of going to the gym? and what are pull overs?

3) Any tips for someone new to the sport of boxing?

4)Any changes in nutrition?

5) Should there be nay excess cardio or is the stuff listed above enough?

Thanks for your help!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

hey wat up Sammo,

i box myself so ill reply to this but i haven't got much time.

1) ok as for the split, a three day split is fine but i don't really know if you'll be big or not because i don't know how hard you work at the gym and how hard you work at boxing, and i suggest you not give a flying fvck.

2)what do you mean "should i do this instead of going to the gym?" by gym do you mean the boxing gym? i'm guessing you do and i'd say NO. that's an alright "workout" (and i use the term LIGHTLY). that's not a shadow boxing workout. that's just punching the air a repeated amount of times and not getting anything down exept for punching and if your lucky footwork. wat about ducking, wat about weaving, wat about all the different angles, wat about feinting, wat about...ah well you get the picture. i'll give you a workout later since i don't have the time but the key is to get everything in there. skipping, punching, technique the whole sh!t.

as for the pull overs, i cannot discribe, serach for it on the net, you'll find it.

3) as for the tips...there really isn't any tips. you gotta do things and find out things for yourself. wait till you start sparring people older than you that outwiegh you by about 10-20 kg because there isn't anyone in the gym your age for you to spar...hehe. i spar with the fobs. dats some scary sh!t man. Thankfully i'm their friend so...yea.

4) changes in nutrition? depends what you wanna do? improve cardion, lose weight, beef up, etc. but generally no.

5) i've sorta answered dat.

btw, were do you train and in wat city?

Take care

most of the time boxing coaches want you as light as possible given your body frame...

and your workout will vary greatly depending on whos coaching and what gym you go to....

heres what my gym did when I lived back in Ohio..

got there and put on wraps... then did a 2-3 mile warmup run..

a little 2 min break and then get in the ring...

everyone grabs a 25 lb medicine ball... you lay down in the ring and toss the ball up and down non-stop for 3 min... trying to keep the ball height the same as the top rope...

1 min break...

stand up and place ball in hands over head... walk around the ring non-stop for 3 min...

1 min break....

grab a partner.... stand at one side of the ring and your partner at the other side... toss ball back and forth forcefully for 3 min straight

thats only half the class.... ;)

a little 5 min break and some water.. then we put on some gloves and start on the bags....

our gym was set up so it had six bags... 3 in a row with two rows side by side... you have a partner and one holds the bag while you hit it.. working on timing, technique, footwork, speed and power...(note- those are listed in order of importance)

so you hit it while your partner holds it... and every 30 sec you switch... so you hold it while your partner hits it... and every min you move to a different bag... and some bags are for uppercuts and some are for hooks... and what not....

that goes on for 6-10 min depending on what kind of mood the coach is in...:D lol....

a little 2-3 min break and then we either did jump rope for 3 min or did speed excersises

and then we all dropped dead.... ;)

so your workout methods will vary from coach to coach...

and Drug_Lord already answered most of your questions

so go forth and learn the sweet science of boxing and the beautiful art of kicking ass !!! :D

one tip I will give you though... most boxing coaches are very close minded about other MAs... and think that pure boxing is the greatest MA ever and thats all you need....

wrong... you put a Golden Gloves boxer and a Muay Thai kickboxer of same weight and experience together in a ring and say "GO!" guess whos walking out and guess whos carried out..... punching is only one dimension of combat... there are many more skills you'll need to learn to be a complete fighter... and not all are physical and technical things... alot are mental as well...

Best of Luck
