Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

there was this girl i was trying to get with for about a few months now,i have took her on dates(i paid for) i have even bought her a b-day gift,

so day i told her how i really felt about her and she was like i dont look at you like that, only as a friend,i was crushed(am a very good looking guy,so i know its not about looks)
but anyways i was soo angry that i stopped calling her for a month, then out of now where she called saying "what happen am i mad at her"and i said i was upset about what you said to me last month and i didnt feel like calling you anymore

she said she was sorry that she mis lead me and she would still like to be friends and just friends with me
so i said "OK then its cool with me we can be friends"but i still havent called her as of yet,i have 2 other fine girls who is interested in me

what i want to know is what should i do with her,be her friend or just cut my losses and not call her ever again

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

She just has intense feelings for you and that scares her. The same thing happens to me all the time.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Yeah there just seems to be a conflict of interest. If you want more than that, and you're just going to hurt yourself during this friendship then it's just not worth it. The hardest part for you isn't figuring out whether you *should* still talk to her or not. You already know that. The hardest part is going to be controlling yourself so that you don't settle with that "well at least it's SOMETHING, maybe she'll change her mind" mentality. If you can really forget about her and stick to your guns you'll be best off.

Okay, let's look at the situation objectively for a second here. You were LJBF'ed. There is pretty much nothing right now that you can do to change the fact that she doesn't think of you 'like that'. Now let's look at WHY this happened. You weren't a challenge. You weren't suave or smooth, or confident or C+F. You telegraphed your desperation through your actions, and she could tell. In short, you're still an AFC. Read the DJ Bible. Or go through DJ Boot Camp. Hell, do both if you're really up for a challenge. But don't worry about her so much until you've improved yourself.

There is no point in trying to convert a 'friend'. But you never should have spilled your guts. That is just wuss personified. Second, how could you have had such deep feelings so fast anyway? That is what really turned her off. Lets say you spent a total of 30 hours with her. You still don't know squat about her. The movies and television have been lying to you. No woman is worth falling for short of two months. Sounds like you latched on like a frightened puppy.

Man, You're post is screaming that you need to read the DJ Bible right away. Just be fortunate that you found it. (There's a link, since it seems you haven't found it)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hey Pimp, actions and not words count

I remember one time that a girl kept telling me and my friends and her friends that all she wanted was to be friends. And friends dont fck friends right!?... You won't believe how many times she jumped my bones so to speak. hahahha. That relation broke up after about three months cause she kept insisting she just wanted to be friends (no sex!). Go figure eh.

Again, ******** sometimes is hard to figure out. Actions speak louder than words when it comes to females.
