French problem

I wish I had found this site many years ago !
I met this colleague at work who happens to have a living-in boyfriend.
She never talks about him and once asked about her mother in law by another colleague she replied "Officially I dont have a mother in law, just a boyfriend".
There is definitively chemistry between us and she keeps looking at me when she passes by. If I come dressing a suit she compliments me and gets red face.
But is a constant hot and cold days. Some days very smiley and talkie and others short and moody.
I know I shouldn't pursue a taken girl but cant help either to feel attracted to her.
She is very reserved and I dont know if Im making up her atraction to me, but the constant looks, smiles,...but again, other days fully ignores me.
Any advise ?

Don't be a sh!t head and steal another man's woman - have a code of honor between us men and hopefully no man is going to steal your woman either.

This is not a French problem - this is your morality and value problem. I am not pushing mine on yours, but I believe in karma and respect to other people. And do you really want a low quality HO who's gonna cheat behind your back one day as well if she does it now to her existing BF?

To me, it seems you're in the process to develop oneitis for her (I might be wrong, just based on how you wrote your post)

oneitis + work ?

I shouldn't have to say more I think ?

Get other plates first. It will be beneficial in two way

1/ not developping oneitis
2/ you'll appear more attractive for her

It's win win.

Be sure to ask yourself if you wanna make her cheat her bf tho. Look at the NC challenge post. Lots of cheating women then. If you can live with that (and I'm sure you can), then go for it.
But NOT before getting at least 2 other plates

Yes, you are right, I have developed oneitis for this woman. Period.
About her boyfriend, I got to say that things dont seem going all that but is no excuse nonetheless (I know I am wrong).
Spinning plates I must cause I keep the whole time thinking about her while at work...freaking hamster...
