Of course, during our argument she said things that were total opposite of earlier, don't know if she is that delusional or just a chronic liar, been like that for most of 18 years!

Get her social security number and run a credit report on her so you can find out about any "secret" accounts she may have had that she failed to tell you about.

If you split credit card debt, work with your lawyer to include contract language that guarantees you're not on the hook if she defaults on the balances. Though she agrees to take over certain debt, the lending institution will still come after YOU if she defaults, even if your divorce agreement says otherwise. My bro got screwed on over $20k in debt because of it. Protect yourself, take pictures, make copies. Women can turn from best life long friend to evil greedy pig in a snap of the fingers.
