"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

welcome to my world
I went out sarging tonight. I initially went out by myself but met up with a friend later on. The location I chose is a college-town street with tons of bars and clubs. It’s usually quite crowded, but not too many people out tonight. I arrived there at around 10pm.

I just wanted to go out and have some fun, do lots of approaches with no real intention, and to learn the “ins and outs” of the area.

Approach One: 3 set: hb8, hb7, and a guy friend(?)

Walking down the streets, passed an eatery, and a girl sitting inside made eyecontact with me, and held it as I walked passed. So, I decided to retrace my steps and walk in to get a soda. I get my drink and walk up to their table.

Me: hey, do I know you? (to hb8)
Hb8: uh...no, I don’t know
Me: well I thought maybe i knew you or something you go to (blah) school?
Hb8: no, do you?
Me: no, I go to (blah) school
Hb8: so what are you up to around here?
Me: just meeting up with some friends, hitting up the clubs
Hb7: oh really, my sister goes there
Me: cool, what year is she?
Hb8: (I forget what she said)
Me: well, I got to go meet my friend, do y'all wanna head to (xyz) club with us?
Both: nah...we're not old enough
Me: oh, you’re in High School? (they say “yeah”) …eh, ok then, have a good time

My friend calls, and I meet up with him. As we’re heading to the front of a bar, I spot 3 Hbs sitting on a bench eating ice cream. My friend keeps walking like he doesn’t know me.

Approach Two: 3 set; hb7, hb9, hb7

The really cute Hb9 in the middle catches my eye. I don’t know, I really didn’t have closing in mind at all tonight, and my game is not that great at the moment, so I break out my "do I know you line” again.

Hb9: no, I’m not from around here
Me: I thought I knew you, but I’m not from here either, you must go to (xyz) school then?
Hb9: no, I’m visiting my friend (points to her hb7 friend), I’m from NY actually
(at this point, and the whole time, all three of them had their eyes literally glued on me and smiling and leaning in)
Me: oh I see, that's cool...eh, how old are you?
Hb9: 19
Me: ah...ok, you wanna head to the bar with my friend and I?
Hb9: no, I think we'll just sit here and finish our ice cream
Me: ok, cool, see ya

Upstairs, the bar was not crowded at all. There were a few groups, but all with guys, so we decided to head out. On the way back, the 3 set was still there. I smiled and made eye contact with the Hb7 on the right and waved at her…she also smiled and waved back.

The next bar/club was pretty nice…you had to be a “member” to get in. They let us in as guests, and I signed up for a membership. I had a drink, but there was barely 3 girls in the whole place, including the bartender, who I chatted up. She was around an Hb7.5. Just a minute of chit chat about when it’s busy and what are some good venues in the area.

Some girl sitting close to us and talking with a guy, out of the blue tells my friend he has a nice shirt. He could have said something other than "thanks...” it would have been a good icebreaker...oh well.

Next we went to some place with a local band playing. It was pretty crowded, but the crowd there was a lot older, and not really my type of place. As we were heading to the next place, I spotted 2 Hbs sitting on a bench.

Approach Three: 3 set: Hb6, Hb7, and some desperate looking guy

Me: hey (smiling)
Hb7: (looked at me)
Me: what are you up to? Mind if I sit there? (there was really no room on the bench, but I pointed at where her purse was sitting).
Hb7: nah, we're actually heading home soon...
Me: ok, well see ya

Heading to the crosswalk at the street corner, 3 seemingly hot ladies dressed in tight skirts walk up. They’re in front of us, so I don’t see their faces. From behind they seem like hb9s to me.

Approach Four: 3 set: Hb5, Hb8, Hb6

Turns out they’re not so hot; maybe one is actually, but the other two only have nice bodies, their faces look ugly. Anyway, I walk to their left and after a few seconds, I turn to my right and say "hey, where are y'all headed to?"

Hb5: we're headed to (xyz) club, but we're going to get something to eat first.
Me: ok, cool

I just ejected because she was damn ugly, imo. They were walking in front of us, and it's funny how some guys just standing their would like turn their heads like these girls are queens or something. They weren't ****, imo. I had to get home early, but it seemed the clubs were just starting to crowd up as we left at around 12 or so. All in all I approached 13 people...11 of them girls, though out of the 11 I really conversed with about 7 or 8 of them.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

On all the approaches, my friend kept walking or stayed away like he didn’t know me. He kept saying stuff like, "stop doing that sh!t man, you're making us look bad," and later "aw man, that girl probably thought we were stupid or something." I even suggested that we play the 'rejection collection' game, but he thought I was insane. Throughout the night he kept saying let's go home, or let's go to (name of strip club). I told him he could go home if he wanted, I was going to stick around and just have fun. He thought I was crazy...he was like "what's wrong with you? Are you okay?" Man...my friend is really a chump, goddamn

I mean, it’s definitely more fun hanging out with someone else, but I wish I could find another guy who had the balls to wing with me. And I don't think we looked desperate or any sh!t like that. That’s my friend being insecure. It was an awesome night.

I’m dressed pretty nicely, a few of the girls weren't receptive, and I ejected sooner with those that were receptive, but I was just trying to have some fun. In terms of approaching I should have had closing on mind, but really didn't have any intentions. Had I had it in mind, I may have done some number closes actually.

Had I listened to my friends, we would have ended up in some bar with 50+ year-old dudes drinking and smoking. And he'd be telling me how the 30yr old bartender is hot, and then finally at 3am muster up the nerve to talk to her. She’d probably turn him down, and he'd be all pissed and we'd go home, and he'd not want to hang out for another week or two. I mean, it used to be fun just laughing about that stuff, but I’m tired of that sh!t. I definitely need to find a wing.

I realized though, that I went out and returned too early tonight. I really can't stay out beyond 12 because of living home at the moment, but once school starts I’ll be able to stay out past 2-3am. It should be a lot more crowded then.

But the most important factor is that I had fun and did approaches nonetheless. I somewhat learned the “ins and outs” of the area.

I definitely can relate to that. I can't find anyone to wing with that's successful with women or seems to really want to try to get better at picking up girls one would want. Lot of guys claim they have no problem getting girls but I don't personally know any guys that do. It'd be nice to have a wing that could help you improve your game. I find clubs can be tough, with a lot of appraoches of short conversations. Good work H20..I find your post to be really easy to visualize and relatable.

im about to hit a bar in brisbane with my room mate. we are the best wing men for each other. Hes dark skinned and thin, and i'm light skinned and fairly well built. We look totally opposite so girls dont know what to expect and we never have to compete because they will either like him or me.

I usually do all the introductions. I just pick something about the environment their in and go up and comment. ie; 'is that so and so mobile phone, my mate has one of those etc'. i look sweet and innocent, my room mate looks more like the bad guy so it works out nicely. they trust me immediately, then he rolls up and we start the games.

We had a girl come over last night, very attractive but her vocabulary consisted of 'man' and 'c#nt'. I said to her straight away 'that word isnt welcome in this house', and she was flawed. A few moments later she was rubbing her foot against mine under the table.

If you can bring them down a few notches, and make them realise they arent the bomb and you aren't intimidated, things get a lot easier.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

yeah, rereading this post and thinking back...it makes me think this wasn't really much to constitute an FR. i'll definitely attempt closes next time i'm out though.

thanks for the replies...yeah, i definitely need a wing. the reason i only opened my target in one or two of the sets is because i don't have much experience opening sets; actually this is the first time i opened that many sets; i usually only approach solo girls in daytime. but, no excuses... i'm going to read up some stuff here and some on bristol lair...they have some good articles.

i'll up my game a bit, and post another (better, actual) FR in about a week or so.
