"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I don't know who on here has the Emerson quote "All life is an experiment" but being scientific-minded it sure has helped me stay the course. As is ususual for me on tuesdays and thursdays I have an hour and a half break in between classes. With all of my friends' conflict class schedules, I left to my own devices for company at lunch.

So today I go to the food court on campus and get teriaki chicken as always. I decide to stop farting around and take responsibility for suceeding in this social "experiment" we call life--or more specifically sex. I scan the table area for an attractive girl sitting and eating by herself. Viola an HB 8 that was previously in line in front of me is timidly poking at her meal. I grab my nuts and walk up to her:

Me: Do you mind if I join you...I hate eating alone.
HB: sure
(So focused on conquering that fear I forget the next logical step)
HB: So...what's your name?
Me: Da People's Champ Paul Wall Baby. What's yours?
HB: Audrey
Me: Nice to meet. What your major. Blah Blah Blah.

I ended up vibing really well off this chick. I keep trying to focus being interesting, geniune, and humorous without any approval seeking. The turning point in the conversation though when I decided to risk coming off as "weird" for that sake making things interesting and getting this reserved HB to loosen up so out of nowhere I say "So what's your opinion of fat guys in tiny bathing suits." Her whole demeanor changed at that point. She smile first, then laughed, asked me where in the hell did that question come from, and proceeded to tell me how she used to be a lifeguard. From there it was effortless rapport. Cracking the b!tch shield is a bit like cracking a safe you just have to find the right combo. With her, as with most HBs, it was all about humor with a I don't care how you'll take this attitude. Maintain the frame from there on out your golden. She actually asked me to go to a Rugby game her friend is playing in this Sunday.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

*claps wildly* HELL YEAH! *more clapping*

well done dude! I remember the first time I just grabbed my balls and approached, and it felt great after i got my first number out of cold (daytime) approaches. Don't let anyone tell you different: you did great! Just throw in some c+f (with respect to the girl, as in, if she is the one who is likely to respond that kinda thing), some kino etc. and your in!

congrats again man! :cheer:
