"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Just got back from class.
Anyway i got to class late, and there was this short/shy/cute hb7 sitting next to me. Since the minute i sat down till hte minute i left, she was playing with her hair, and every so often look my direction.
The signs were so obvious...
it was so obvious that i had to do something about it.

near the end of class my confidence shot down, anxiety/nervousness shot up. honestly i was thinking about it too much, coudlnt help myself.
At the end of class she was packing her stuff the same rate i was, i was doing slower than usual. Then i went ah **** it ill approach her when we get to the elevator.

I grabbed my balls and -
me: hey whats your name?
her : lorraine, whats yours?
me: mike
me: you like playing with your hair huh? (i know its dumb to ask but i wanted to see her response)(plus i couldnt think of anything else to say)
her: oh, there was something stuck in it.
me: what major you're in?
her: blah blah
her: what major yo're in?
me: blah blah
(during the whole convo, another girl from our class kept looking over..hah)

then elevator came and we went in.
I was closest to the door, and i exited out w/o turning back/waiting or saying goodbye. Yes it sucks, i didint # close.
since i figured i'd take baby steps and wait till next class. And even if i did, i'd have no free time this weekend or weekday cause my schedule is filled.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

HB - No there's not you're lying!
007 - Haha yeah I know *smirk*
007 - So HB what besides math do you do all weekend?
HB - Well bla bla bla.

Instead of focusing on boring subjects like "what classes are you taking" ask about her about herself. "Get her life story" as Player_Supreme would say.

brilliant! too bad i cant think of **** like that to say when my anxiety kicks in. ill use that next time and tease her with the gum thing.

What is it exactly you want help with? I'm kinda good at classroom dynamics at the moment, it's the only thing practical at the moment for me.

You're not doing bad, don't to be to pushy in your own class, and you'll see her more than enough for some more convo.

Next time chat her up and keep a good smile and steady eye contact, also try anything to add some kino in the mix, just be subtle, like, 'hey nice ring...', then touch her hand. Kino is good stuff and a lot of fun. (Kino'ing girls makes your day a bit brighter)

If you need to keep the convo rolling do like 007 says, bring up normal topics, like sports, partying, childhood, future ambitions, and try to really make something out of those convo's, don't let a good topic just slip by. If you get some good rapport(try to get as much rapport during school as you can) then try to do some things together, best would be homework or a project or watching a movie at your place, but if you want to take her from school straight home she might be thinking all you want is some booty. So maybe add and extra location inbetween.
kino .... havent used that on girls in a while. im starting to forget how. Only have class 1x/week with her. And only time i can chat is during breaks/after class. Would be great if i had my own place. thx for the convo tips...hopefully i can be myself w/o the anxiety part next time. shy girls are a tough nut to crack, harder to start a convo w/ than non-shy girls. usually you have to do most of the initiating

BTW do you guys think i made a bad impression by walking off like that w/o saying bye?
