I'm quite familliar with the vBulletin software (both in viewing and making forums) so I have a couple of suggestions:
1. Change the color scheme to something like it was on the previous board. I think everyone will accept that.
2. Change the FAQ! Although many of us know vBulletin, then some people never heard of any other other forum then SoSuave.com one (UBB). A good FAQ with all the IMPORTANT info about the forum would be very useful.
3. Open the rating in the High School Forum. I almost never visit the "DJ Tips" forum, but many good DJs post in the "HS Forum". I think we should rate the posts there also.
4. Ranks (Don Juan, Master Don Juan, etc.). How do you want to keep track of every member rank? This wouldn't be so easy, I think, because we have more then 6 thousand members already. Not everyone are posting, but... It's still hell lot of people.
5. Avatars should be brought to the board if you don't think they'll steal all of the bandwith. With avatars it will be more clearly on who's posting in a topic, just by viewing the avatars. We could put our photos in them.
Overall, very good job on the board. I'm surprised that you used vBulletin, but this is the best board around now.
Also two tips for the members.
1. Change the "Default Thread View:" in your Control Panel > Edit Options screen to something more then ten days.
2. Edit your profile in your Control Panel, there are few things more then in the previous forum now.
