"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

QUICK! I'd like some tips or something for tomorrow! ASAP!

Alright, so I'm attending a wedding tomorrow and everytime I think about it, I think of Wedding Crashers.

I just felt like asking...but

do you guys want to suggest to me any advices, tips, encouragements, words of wisdom, or anything before I try to sarge on tomorrow?

P.S. - It's a korean wedding dudes...lots of fluent speaking koreans. What's ironic is that I'M korean yet I don't speak as fluently as the other people do. Sarging those fob chicks will be a challenge :D

P.P.S. - It would be very helpful if you guys can tell me what to talk about that is wedding related or something. It's my first attending a wedding, and I wanna get a good impression of it (by doing the DJ of course).

Thanks.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

last wedding i went to, it was mostly girls in their 20s, and the one before that, i was like 11. if there are any girls closer to your age there, u might as well hang out with them, else be bored watching your aunt gertrude dance with cousin freddy. i dont see all that much u could do tho. i mean, if its a decent sized wedding, there will be people everywhere. and since u're only 17, its not like u can take her home afterwards, like in wedding crashers, lol. u gotta go home with your parents. kinda lame.

on the other hand, u'll probably never see most of these people again, so u can go all out. as for what to talk about? just anything, really. comment on your surroundings. find out how she relates to the bride/groom. laugh about how long it took to get all dressed up and ready for this stupid thing. eat some of the little sandwiches together. just use what u're given, man. take advantage of the situation.

the korean thing? i dunno what to tell u about that. counter their fluency in korean with yours in english! mwahahaha...... worth a shot anyway.

tell us how it goes

im korean myself and I can tell you it's going to be hard while you speak english and the other person speaks korean. Yea I'm not a very fluent speaker myself, but I'm a decent one

I can just imagine the situation...you make eye contact, approach, and sadly you have a hard time carrying out a decent convo'

I would just find myself an english speaking korean girl there rather than go through the trouble of speaking choppy korean

hope your language skills are sharp lol

just be cool and confident

I'm not expecting much from this wedding, really. If there are women to sarge, I'm in. If not, oh well. The worst thing that can happen is that I get free food!

I'll definitely report back once I return!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

haha ok, well i dont' speak korean fluently either, i can understand most of what ppl are saying and give a reasonable reply, i still have a few fobs chase me.

it's not about you speaking fluently, it's about the way you speak and carry yourself. also... it helps if culturally your like them, by that i mean... often asians that stay in western countries, or are born in them are considered too western for some girls.

so you know what i mean, korean girls on the surface is quite conservative.. so i dont know about trying anything physical too fast <- that's just an eg

for me, i tend to speak to the fobs that have pretty good english as well. that way they can speak their native language and english as well, i can do the same, and when i want to be funny or humorous, i can speak english and they'll get what i'm talking about, but for regular general things i'll speak korean to them.

FIELD REPORT: Let down.

Wedding = boring.
The only way I could've had fun was if I was a best man, or one of the bride or groom's friends. All the decent looking girls were bunched up on the bride/groom's tables, thus I had no opportunity to approach, since I didn't know the bride/groom or any of their friends. Plus, the other women were 40 years and up.

I was a little disappointed. I haven't sarged for a few months now guys, and life is getting a little tedious. I haven't been able to go out either, especially since finals is right around the freakin corner. The girls @ high school are lame now. Either I dated some of the hotties, or the other hotties are already taken.

Weddings blow, unless you have "fresh meat" roaming about.

dont wanna say i told ya so, but.... yea...

i imagine weddings will be better as we get older, and maybe when u're closer to the bride/groom, not the son of the groom's 3rd aunt.

if the bride and groom are like 30+, then the majority of the guests will follow suit. when u're older, try some weddings where the bride/groom are in their early 20s, and u should have better chances.

feeling down? just try to pull thru. after finals and all, it'll be like a weight lifted off your's and everyone else's shoulders. things should start looking up by then.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
