"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'll say this. I'm new, but I've been lurking around the forums for a while now, but i never actually bothered going on my screename and write some posts. But now I'm actually going to do it because this weekend was a life changing experience for me. I don't suggest you do the same things I did though. You'll see why.

On friday morning I was in a terrible mood. There was this girl I really liked. Let's call her "lisa". She was everything I wanted and more. Thing was, i thought that she would never want a guy like me. And the advice and columns on this website didn't help much either. So I took the train to school, hopeless about what would happen to me that day.

Now, before I go further I want to tell you something. I'm no AFC. I've hooked up before. I just have some sever self esteem issues.

I went to school and did work for the first three periods. Not much happened there. Fourth period and fifth period I had music, but I wanted to cut it. So I took a friend of mine to the roof of my school (where nobody ever goes but has such a fantastic view) and we talked. I did a little introspective thinking there. From the roof of my school you could easily see the manhattan skyline and it is just breathtaking. Looking at the view, I just came up with the craziest idea. I went over to my friend, and kissed her. Now, I'm a junior, and she was a senior, and I was really really into her too. (let's call her sarah). I kissed her right after i thought of doing it, right before any limiting beliefs set in. I expected sarah to push me away but she never did. We just kept going and going. By the time fifth period ended I had one hand under her bra and another hand over her ****, and it was all outside during forty degree weather.

We both fixed ourselves up and left. She gave me a kiss in the cheek before she went out the door.

Something clicked in my mind. I had finally "gotten it".

The rest of the weekend was just like that, finally ending in some mind blowing sex last night, with the original girl (lisa) that i couldn't get for a week. It turned out she wanted me too.

The moral here folks, is that mindset is key. You have to have the right mindset to become a don juan, and that experience (and not trolling around on the forums) will give you that mindset.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Nice. Sometimes, you have to just go for it, and everything rolls out from there.
