"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Alright, this is my second field report :D The date described in the first one was great, now, for a report of the second "first date" lol

So, background information on the girl herself : I've known her for quite a while (for 2 years, actually), but back then, she wasn't very attractive let's say .... lol Now, she's cutened up quite a bit, and has a very nice personality. I'd say, she's maybe a 6.5 or 7 on 10. She's in my grade, just turned 17.

So, on with the story :D : I was bored as hell today, so I decided to look through my yearbook ... Inside, were a few people who wrote their phone numbers. So, I put them all in my cellphone's memory, and as I was biking to "do something", I kept calling numbers to see if anybody wanted to do something. Unfortunately, almost everybody I was close friends with was busy (or wasn't there) .... So, I start calling the people I knew a bit less, such as her.

I call her, and ask if she wanted to do something later on that week. Then, I head home cuz it was getting late and I was getting tired. After I get home, I learn my parents bought tickets for some show exactly when I planned to hang out with her, so I call her up and say I can't make it that day. I then ask her if she wanted to do something tonight. She's really excited and all, and agrees. So, I go and pick her up, and we head over to the theatre.

At first, I wanted to only hang out with her, not do anything sexual (aka, hang out as friends). But, as the night progressed, we moved in closer and closer together, and end up by holding hands and carressing each other during the movie. At the end, we get out, holding hands and ****. We stick around a bit, just laugh and talk, then we head towards my car. She grabs my hand while I'm driving : no problem.

By the time we get to her place, it was already midnight. So we just get out of the car, give each other a hug, and talk a bit ..... As she's about to head away, I open my arms for another hug, and kiss her on the cheek ... And from there, she moves her head so that our lips meet. And, we're there, in front of her house, just kissing. It was my first time giving a "goodnight" kiss (usually, we're both either sitting or lying down, and then comes the kiss .... never actually standing  )

But yeah, all in all, this date wasn't as spectacular as the one from my first field report, but it was still noteworthy : especially the fact that I wasn't scared of calling her up, even for the first time .... that I wasn't scared of being too aggressive on the first date. And, especially since I didn't even plan this to be a date : it just progressed into one. The kiss at the end sucked a bit, but I didn't mind it all that much, since it was my first of the kind.

So yeah, here it is : another success ! :D My list is getting longer and better ;)
