It is very important to feel good about yourself. So that in your own mind you are all that and not some geek!

Firstly i find it helps to keep in good shape and dress well.

Secondly take up sports, be ambitious and do your best at what you do.

Thirdly, hang out with people that you veiw as being cool, no i idndt say popular, i said cool. If you think you are cool you may still talk to 'nerds' but most of you socalising should be with people you veiw as cool.
